LEAN Initiative
NFB Training have successfully achieved funding from ConstructionSkills to deliver a full LEAN initiative which looks to delivery quality, costs and improvement across whole projects.
Up to six companies can take part in the initiative which will deliver up to 15 days training over a period of six - nine months and and which offers significant business benefits including:

The principle of LEAN construction focuses on putting processes in place that minimise the waste of materials, time and effort in order to generate the maximum possible amount of value and advantage.
The cost of this project would normally be around £12,000. NFB Training are offering the initiative to members for just £1,750 + VAT.

Lean Awareness Introductory Workshops
An an introduction to our full LEAN initiative, NFB Training are holding a series of ½ day LEAN Construction Awareness taster sessions which will introduce delegates to the concept and practice of LEAN construction and offer an introduction to the larger LEAN initiative.
The principle of LEAN construction focuses on companies putting into place processes which minimise the waste of materials, time and effort in order to generate the maximum possible amount of value and advantage. These introduction workshops will bring an understanding of LEAN practices to companies working within the construction industry.
Workshop cost £32.50 + VAT per delegate
